1. Once Yearly Service Agreements
At the beginning of each new year we will be sending out a service document that is to be signed. This document outlines who is responsible for our service fee as well as providing us the authority to share information about your clients to the third parties involved in the transaction.
2. Utility Helpers addition to our Services
Utility helpers is a free service that reaches out to involved utilities to arrange the transfer of service to the new buyers. We will be using this service as part of our transaction management system, unless stated otherwise. We believe that it will help simplify the process.
3. Agents Plus 1 Loyalty Program
As a token of our appreciation we would like to reward our loyal clients who chose us for their transaction management. This program offers a 25% off incentive for every 25th transaction that you complete with Agents Plus 1. For example, at your 26th closed contract you would receive 25% off. This goes for every 25th contract, and will go until your 100th contract where your 101st contract will be free. The system will reset after 100, with 25% off every 25 closed transactions, i.e. your 126th contract will be 25% off. Agents who have been with us prior to 2025 will begin this program based on all contracts they have completed with AP1.
4. Quarterly Goal Tracking
Helping our agents become successful is important to us, that is why we have decided to include complimentary goal tracking for agents who request the service. We will send a quarterly report to review where you are with your goals including metrics such as contracts closed, number of terminations, and commissions received. If you would like us to keep track of anything else that we are already involved in please let us know, we are happy to help.
5. Quarterly Referral Giveaways
We appreciate the time that our agents take out of their day to refer new clients to use our services. Beginning in 2025 agents who send in referrals will receive one entry per referral for our quarterly giveaways. The winner of the giveaway will be notified at the end of the quarter.
