Who We Are
Agents Plus 1 was born out of my passion for helping agents build their business and achieve success. Their success is my success and there is nothing better than knowing we are a part of their journey. I started mine 25+ years ago when I began my career in operations management. I have always had a love of systems and processes and had no idea I would end up here in real estate, but I am so happy I did.
My experience with different jobs and titles and places of business has taught me the value of hard work, dedication and truth and honesty. Agents Plus 1 is a team that will always work as hard as we can for our agents to provide them with what they need to succeed. If we don’t know the answer, we will find it! We also value the balance between work and play. We strive to give our agents time in their day to spend how they need it, enjoying some relaxation or prospecting for new business. Maria Carmosino
CEO | Transaction Manager
My name is Maria Carmosino, I was born and raised in Michigan and now live in Cincinnati with my family. I graduated from Miami University with a bachelors in finance and accounting and I have a masters in business management from Western Governors. Along with my degree I am a licensed realtor in the state of Ohio.
Fun Fact: I’ve completed the 75 hard times five times and have competed in a bikini competition. I also love being on the lake!
Melissa Wolfe McNally
Transaction Manager
I am a native Cincinnatian. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Xavier University. I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio for eight years. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as a Meeting Planner for 17 years.
Fun Fact:I like to hike, walk and volunteer my time at a local cat rescue, Ohio Alleycat Resource.
Madison Ewald
Admin Assistant
My name is Madison Ewald I was born and raised in Cincinnati and I’m currently attending the University of Cincinnati studying marketing. When I finish my Marketing and Professional Sales Bachelors Degree at UC I hope to work in the Sales field!
Fun Fact: I enjoy starting my mornings off at the gym, and one of my favorite hobbies to do is read! One day I hope to live by the beach!
Christy Grear
Transaction Manager
My name is Christy Grear. A native Ohioan, I graduated from OSU with a BS in Computer and Information Science. As a licensed Realtor for over 20 years, I represented clients in
Ohio and South Carolina. We returned to Ohio, after 11 years in Greenville, SC, to be closer
to our kids and grandkids.
Fun Fact: I met my husband at Northside Beach in Zanesville, Ohio when we were 15 years
old and our favorite vacations are still at the beach!
