PURCHASE WITH COMPLIANCE
- Introduction email to all parties to facilitate communication and set expectations as the TC
- Work with lender to ensure appraisals and approvals are received on time and forward to all parties
- Complete and coordinate all paperwork while under contract including post-inspection addendums and releases
- Work with title company to obtain payoffs and complete realtor sheet
- Ensure the buyer is aware of the utilities and timelines for transferring services
- Send weekly emails to client to keep them up to date on the transaction
- Submit compliance documents to your broker

LISTING WITH COMPLIANCE
- INCLUDES ALL COMPLIANCE IN "Compliance Only" package
- Create listing in MLS for agent to approve, including uploading pictures / videos / documents
- Obtain listing paperwork and signatures and submit to the MLS
- Send Welcome email with MLS link to seller
- Maintain all MLS status updates including active/pending/sold
- Update MLS listing with open house details when appropriate
- Coordinate with buyers agent on deadlines and escrow
- Work closely with you on upcoming deadlines and reminders
- Send Weekly emails to client to keep them up to date on the transaction
**If property has never been in the MLS – an input sheet will need to be provided. This service is available as an a la carte item for $75.
